And it's a little bit of maintenance but overall the room was clean everything worked except for the Wi-Fi the staff was excellent very helpful with anything we would ask breakfast was included and it was delicious

The staff was really nice and helpful, the breakfast was good, the room was clean... But the downsides were the bathroom, they were moldy and the water pressure kept going away, every time someone took a bath the whole bathroom would get soaked which is pretty inconvenient... Also, the walls were really thin, you could here the people next door speaking.

The worst experience of hotel in my life.

That was terrible, we arrived early and left my bag and we comeback around 4 pm and they have some issue with my reservation, they give me the wrong room and then they give us another room but wasn’t the same room on the picture, was very dirty, at that point I could not look for another hotel, we din’t take a shower, I never experienced something like this.

When we arrived the room was no available. They gave us single rooms with fans. The following day it rained and the ceiling dripped water on are heads. We had a to move the bed. That same night we had no hot water to shower. The shower glass door had one screw hard to open and scared that it would fall. They never did any room service. We always had to ask for new towels and change are own garage daily. We also were never told they were under construction. We were never able to sleep after 7am. We spoke to front desk about everything and in what way they could compensate us and they did nothing. Very sad because the location is great.

Péssimo!

Todas as atendentes do hotel são muito solícitas, educadas e prontas a ajudar. Porém a estrutura do hotel é péssima. Em um primeiro momento pode-se pensar que é um bom hotel, mas não se deixe enganar. Todos os quartos tem bolor. Eles tem um grande problema estrutural com humidade de maneira que o ar é carregado de umidade e consequentemente fungos. Mudamos de quarto, mas não adiantou. Um hotel muito caro para uma estrutura tao ruim

La primera habitacion tenia humedad al 100%, no cuneta con servicio de closet para ropa en ninguna habitacion, despues de que fui a recepcion a informar el estado de laha itacion me cambiaron para otra,peroel hotel esta aparentemente en remodelacion y todo esta en construcción, sugiero que terminen primero y luegi si hagan apertura, el desayuno excelente y la atencion del eprsonal muy buena, las instalaciones no los acompañan

El servicio por parte del personal es regular pero la organización es pésima, llegamos al lugar y no revisaron correctamente la reserva así que nos hicieron esperar para poder accesar a la habitación a pesar que ya habíamos hecho check in. Los cuartos tienen muy poca ventilación, casi nula lo cual los hace muy húmedos y no se cuenta con lo básico, como toallas para baño, shampoo o secadora de cabello. Están remodelando así que el ruido era espantoso desde muy temprano y no se tuvo ningún momento la cortesía de avisar o disculparse. La ubicación del lugar es lo único bueno, no volvería a hospedarme ahí.
