All of our villas offer 24/7 security and concierge services. The security personnel reside in a service room on the property and are always present to ensure your safety while respecting your privacy.
PROPERTY RULES:

1) Every guest and visitor must be registered and show a valid passport or ID at the entrance of the house. We have a host available 24/7 for security and service.
2) ANYONE UNDER 18 MUST BE WITH THEIR PARENTS OR BRING NOTARIZED PERMISSION.
3) No sound systems or DJs are allowed.
4) Any damage caused to the house or its belongings must be reported and will be charged.
5) In case of fire, evacuate the house.
6) Smoking any substance, including cigarettes and tobacco, is strictly prohibited inside the house. There is a $50.00 USD charge if smoking is detected indoors.
7) Do not leave any items or objects with the house staff.
8) Pets are allowed but must be taken care of.
9) SEX AND DRUG TRAFFICKING IS A CRIME. ANY DRUG ABUSE, CHILD TRAFFICKING, OR HUMAN TRAFFICKING WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. ACCORDING TO LAW 679 OF 2001, THE ENTRY OF MINORS TO ANY TOURIST ESTABLISHMENT FOR PROSTITUTION OR SEXUAL ABUSE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
10) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
11) Each time you leave the apartment, turn off the air conditioning, lights, and close the windows and the front door.
12) Be careful when using the pool; no diving, and avoid consuming food or alcohol.
13) To conserve the environment, please be responsible with water and electricity consumption.
14) The house security is not responsible for losses inside the house. For your safety, there are surveillance cameras controlled by a private security company.
15) Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

La casa es bonita cono en las fotos, podria mejorarse algo el mantenimiento de los baños, pero en general la casa esta es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Por desgracia en nuestra experiencia la casa estaba sucia y no pusieron remedio en 4 dias. Las camas estaban sucias o no habian sido cambiadas, alguna ropa de cama y toallas presentaban manchas de sangre y la casa en general estaba claramente sin preparar y muy sucia. El contacto con los 2 wassap de los propietarios due bastante fluida, reconocimendo la suciedad y prometiendo enviar un equipo de limpieza. Sin embargo nosotros no vimos no el equipo de limpieza ni el resultado del mismo si es que vinieron a limpiar, pues la casa continuaba sucia. El guarda de la casa intento hacer una limpieza como pudo, lo cual agradecemos, pero evidentemente seguia todo muy sucio. Hemos tratado de solicitar una compensacion a los propietarios a traves de sus cuentas de whatsapp, pero no hemos recibido respuesta. Una lastima porque la casa bien preparada y limpia estaria fenomenal,
