I’ve stayed at this hotel three times and unfortunately it will be the last $100 is charged to you if you bring any more than one guest where most hotels only charges $30 very disappointing because this the first place I stayed when visiting.

Great location!!! The most friendly and helpful staff I ever meet!!! The hotel is new and modern!!! Locate in a very nice and quite street!!! The breakfast is served at a coffee place next door and it is delicious and super cute!!! The view from the 7 floor was simply to die for!!! I highly recommend this place to stay when in Medellin!!! Laura the evening receptionist is absolutely great!!! Chris also is the happiest, I believe manager, I ever met!!!

The room was always clean but they lack amenities. The iron they had was burnt and left clothes with black smudges. Certain things asked wouldn’t be available at the moment. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels in the room. Wish they had better breakfast option. Feel like water should be complementary in rooms. The room and overall hotel was nice just needs a few more things to make it excellent.
