Clean room with balcony, big tv, jacuzzi, cozy details. Bathroom just barely big enough. Sofa in weirdly big entry where one would never sit. I moved it. Quiet room request, but impossible to be quiet. Street noise from 10pm to 5am. Included breakfast was full but restrictive to specific resto menu, with many selections not available. Staff friendly but not attentive. Across from a gas station, so not pretty but a good location for walking; nearest subway, Estadio, just 15mins walk along busy strip with bars, restos. Even with compromise of noise, would stay again.

The hotel room was very good, large with exceder beds and pillows. The shower was amazing and shampoo/maid body soap extraordinary. The only cuájese was that wifi connection was bad. Could not connect. As a person on business and having to do work from the room this was not good at all. For this reason alone, I would caution anyone who must have wi-fi.

The staff was great my only complaint which stuck out to me was that they did not have face towels for the shower. Very strange for a hotel.

I loved that it had a balcony, front desk staff were professional and always helpful, cleaning staff was great. Location is great! Everything is within walking distance, hotel has security, safe in room, ironing board and well stocked mini bar. Stay includes breakfast, my only downside is” no coffee maker or kettle in the room. Overall, I WILL stay there again, it’s a really nice place.
