It was brand new when I was there. If you're staying, I'd say..., longer than a week or two, know that there's no housekeeping and no supplies to clean the studio apartment yourself. There is a laundry machine (washer & dryer). There's a iron, you just have to ask for it at the front desk or through Whatsapp. I do suspect that their WhatsApp communication is handled by AI and then relayed. Ultimately, a decent stay.

Quiet, quaint, safe, secure, and CLEAN. The studios are small, but modern. Adequate for short stays of 3-5 days. The staff is friendly, flexible, attentive, and responsive! For a short stay, I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This is a brand new hotel and they've done a wonderful job on stopping street noises from entering the rooms. Perhaps the best I have stayed in for sound. I've been in over 75 different hotels. The area isn't my favorite part of town but it has a good size mall close with currency exchange and a big grocery store. A 5 minute walk. Movie 🍿, restaurants too. The room is well stocked, but need cleaning equipment and a mat by the bed. There's washer and dryer on the roof top. No too far from the metro station, Sur America. I walked it. Staff are good and friendly, not overly Having a balcony is really nice too. No cleaning services here which doesn't bother me. I prefer it this way. Overall really good. I will be back for the quiet rooms

Very comfortable and clean. The building was safe and secure. The staff was helpful and responsive. The surrounding area was perfect as I was able to find a local shopping mall, a local supper market and a cool pizza/bar, all with in a 5 min walking distance. Stayed a week with my girlfriend. Only thing I would recommend is bring an extra towel as the towels are not changed during your stay, but that is stated in the rules and conditions packet. Everything else was great! Would definitely stay again.

El lugar está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y segura. Puedes caminar pocos pasos para llegar al centro comercial Unicentro. La ubicación es conveniente porque queda cerca de los lugares de interés como Pueblito Paisa, Comuna 13, El Poblado. La habitación está equipada con todo lo necesario: baño, cocina, tv, sofá, cama; además las facilidades cuentan con un gimnasio, jacuzzi y lavandería. En cuanto al wifi, la señal siempre fue excelente!!!
La entrada en las noches está bien iluminada. Tiene control de acceso 24/7.
La cocina está equipada con estufa, nevera, microondas, platos, utensilios, cafetera, café, jabón y papel toalla.
Sumamente espacioso.
La cama cómoda para 2 personas. Junto a un sofá cama donde puede dormir una tercera persona.
