Excellent property with quality rooms. The building is brand new. The windows do a great job of blocking out noise as it is located on a busy street. Close to malls, restaurants, etc.

The room and the whole building were very clean. The neighborhood was not overly touristy, and safe to walk, as evidenced by the large numbers of senior citizens walking to and fro. The view was nice of the mountains and overlooking a major intersection, the windows are insulated and the noise isn’t bad for heavy sleepers. The location was amazing, centralized to the city, plenty of places to eat within wàlking distance. There is a mall, banks, currency exchange, and grocery store a few blocks away. The staff was very helpful and the building has a good security staff. Overall, I didn’t want to leave. I plan on returning to Medellin for a longer stay and I will stay at Quadrato again. 5 stars.

It was brand new when I was there. If you're staying, I'd say..., longer than a week or two, know that there's no housekeeping and no supplies to clean the studio apartment yourself. There is a laundry machine (washer & dryer). There's a iron, you just have to ask for it at the front desk or through Whatsapp. I do suspect that their WhatsApp communication is handled by AI and then relayed. Ultimately, a decent stay.

Quiet, quaint, safe, secure, and CLEAN. The studios are small, but modern. Adequate for short stays of 3-5 days. The staff is friendly, flexible, attentive, and responsive! For a short stay, I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This is a brand new hotel and they've done a wonderful job on stopping street noises from entering the rooms. Perhaps the best I have stayed in for sound. I've been in over 75 different hotels. The area isn't my favorite part of town but it has a good size mall close with currency exchange and a big grocery store. A 5 minute walk. Movie 🍿, restaurants too. The room is well stocked, but need cleaning equipment and a mat by the bed. There's washer and dryer on the roof top. No too far from the metro station, Sur America. I walked it. Staff are good and friendly, not overly Having a balcony is really nice too. No cleaning services here which doesn't bother me. I prefer it this way. Overall really good. I will be back for the quiet rooms
