We have a beautiful and comfortable home waiting for you! Thanks to its spacious layout, we’ve designed areas that can accommodate a large number of guests while still providing comfort and privacy for everyone to enjoy their stay. We have two floors with separate bedrooms—three of which have private bathrooms and private balconies. Each room also features a TV, ventilation, towels and sheets, and blackout blinds— everything you need to be comfortable. The common areas include spaces for gathering, areas for studying and working, and a fully equipped kitchen with a laundry area.
What’s the location like?
We’re in a safe, central part of the city. The property is located in a commercial area where you’ll have easy access to public transportation, restaurants just a 10-minute drive away, a 5-minute walk to Pueblito Paisa and the El Poblado neighborhood, and 10 minutes from events at Plaza Mayor and Comuna 13. You’ll find restaurants and grocery stores in the area, and if you want to exercise, the Belén Sports Complex is just a 5-minute walk away.
