The check in process was done quickly. The room was smaller than I expected but it worked for the two of us . The staff was eager to help with tours and reminded us of the time we should be ready . I had no issues nor complaints. The day before check out we had asked for some bathroom amenities and we got it in less than 5 minutes. Additionally I’m an English speaker and I didn’t have any communication issues. I’m definitely staying here again on my next visit.

This place earns a “meh” review. The big hype on this place is it’s aesthetic look and yes, it is a good location, but it’s loud as fudge. It’s pretty small. I was told that they only have road view rooms when nurse clearly apartments and rooms across facing the other direction. I wanted to work in my room online, but I listen to the millions of motorcycles racing down the highway all night.

The stay was okay overall, but there were a few issues that made it uncomfortable. The beds were only full-size and felt very small for two people, especially if one person is 6 feet tall or taller. Also, the bedrooms did not have TVs, and the AC unit was only located in the living room. Unfortunately, it did not work very well, so the rooms stayed pretty hot throughout the stay.

My room faced east and didnt have any A/C so it got very hot during the day. Also the bed was a bit uncomfortable. And there was no safe in the room. Im not one to need luxury and didnt expect that, but I had to keep my window open because of no A/C at night and the noise of the traffic made it hard to sleep. The staff was pleasant and helpful. And the location is good and the hotel and room was clean. I just think without the basics of a safe, comfortable beds, and air conditioning it would make it difficult for me to stay again.
