We've stayed there 7-8 times now. We obviously love it for the great food from both the upstairs and downstairs restaurants, the jacuzzi/ large hot tub (?), and the incredible staff. I relocated to this hotel because I wasn’t pleased with my experience at another. The staff is excellent and I will sta here again. Restaurant was wonderful also. For those used to 5⭐️ understand that your idea of first world 5 star is different. Once you adjust your expectations, this is one of the better 5⭐️ hotels in Medellin.

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Binn Hotel exceeded every expectation. The staff were beyond amazing, warm, attentive, and truly made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Everyone, from housekeeping to the lobby team to the kitchen staff, treated me with kindness and professionalism. You can feel the care in every detail. A must-stay when visiting Medellín!!
