My flight was delayed and i arrived at the hotel after 3 am in morning. The first thing the employee asked was how many person will be in the room. I said i paid for two persons. If you don't provide their contact information now, you will have pay another 50% of the room cost when they arrived. I said look i will give you the information in morning. I hada long day at then went directly to the airport. And my flight was delayed and i was very exhausted. She kept on arguing with me. I said i will give you the information in the morning. When she realized that i was adamant i needed my room she reluctantly gave me the key. The purpose of trip was to visit my daughter who is now 1.5 years old for Christmas. I bought many things including clothes. The grandmother and her aunt brought her. When they told they are not allowed to visit my room. I said i have clothes for daughter which she needs to try on. So i can know the right size to buy next time. No you cant bring anyone to your room. I said i paid for two persons let either the grandmother or aunt come. No! You cant!. I said i need to speak with the manager. No you can't! I said about ten times i need to speak with the manager before he reluctantly called the manager on the phohe and spoke with him in Spanish for about five minutes. The manager came, saying it's against company policy. I said i came here to visit my child all the way from usa and you see telling me that my daughter or not even her grandmother

Everything was really nice the breakfast really delicious , the hotel very clean always smelling good, the staff amazing I give them at 110 percent with they customer assistance .I will definitely stay, in this hotel again.

One of biggest problems at this hotel is that rooms are not insulated and are not quite. You can hear other rooms and the area is surrounded by local restaurants that open till late with noise. Also the pillow and bedsheets smells. Looks like they don’t use detergent.

The hotel is super nice very comfortable easy access to all places is located in neighborhood not upper scale medium low income but super next to it has a supermarket u can buy necessarily items breakfast was good ! Is located walking distance 25 min to Poblado station and Provence 35 uber is the best way to go around is approx 3 to 5 dollars this is now

Quedamos encantados con el lugar. El servicio es excelente, las camas son super cómodas, los desayunos ricos, y hay mucha seguridad al momento de entrar y salir del hotel. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila y cerca de todo. Tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer los dueños y son excelentes personas. Nos quedamos con las ganas de estar más días. Eso quiere decir que pronto volvemos!!!

It was unique with beautiful plants hanging on all floors. Beautiful roof top terrace with views all around. Only problem is rooftop bar is open till 12AM so if you plan to sleep early
