Never even been here,unfortunately my card was used for this reservation, yes fraud, sll of my cards and phone numbers where compromised, i finally managed to get my WhatsApp back ,but it was no use,i called the hotel and no one replied, but they did tell expedia no refund under any circumstances, i contacted expedia, they could not do anything, not even refund me. They were extremely rude, i work in the hotel industry, so I know how things work. Please dont book here,if you do you will regret it.i have contacted my credit card company, next it will be the BBB. Because this is crazy.
