"Check I. Wasn’t bad but staff was new and didn’t know a lot but tried so I appreciated that. The room was large and loved the balcony. Check in was at 5 and we got there a little after 6. Once we got into our room we wanted to go to the hot tub. There wasn’t one near us or within walking distances. The heated pool would have been nice but it closes at 730. Then all the restaurants on site close at 9 and no delivery. We thought it would be more resort like but it wasn’t. The sofa in the room was nasty and the bathroom not inviting. Floors were dingy and bugs around. One good thing was free laundry. The tv was difficult and streaming kept falling out. Checkout was easy but they ask you to do a lot and for the room to not look clean I’m not sure how they expect the guests to do all this work when they aren’t doing any cleaning. Not sure we’d stay again"
