Event Guidelines:
◆ Guest Limits: Maximum 30 daytime event guests | Maximum 20 overnight guests.
◆ Event Space: Events are primarily held outdoors on our expansive protected decks. (Contact us to discuss indoor exceptions).
◆ Duration & Timing: Celebrations are intended to be brief (typically 3–4 hours). To respect community quiet hours, all activities, vendors, and cleanup must be fully completed by 9:00 PM.
◆ Parking Capacity: The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars, but 2 extra spots in front. Additional overflow parking is located at 4003 Peak Dr, Massanutten, VA 22840.
