⭐️⭐️ 2 out of 5 My stay at the Tru by Hilton was disappointing overall, despite some positives. The shower water pressure was extremely poor, making it hard to shower comfortably. The thermostat also didn’t work properly—even though I could set the temperature, the room never cooled down, and the fan never turned on. The display said the filter needed attention, which might explain the issue. Another guest mentioned they experienced the same thing, so it wasn’t an isolated problem. On the positive side, the staff was excellent, the hotel was very clean, and parking was easy. Unfortunately, the room comfort issues made the stay far less enjoyable than it should have been.
