I only saw one staff member for the two days of my stay, and that was through a tiny night window. The lobby was never open and the only way to do any business was through the tiny night window. At one point, I picked up the phone to call the front desk only to realize that the room phone had no cord and wasn't connected to anything. The television remote didn't work, which is why I tried to call the front desk. Most of the metal surfaces in the room had an abundance of rust growing on them: the table lamp, the office chair, the refrigerator, the wall light fixture, and in the sink/counter area. The drain in the shower had a strong sewage smell wafting up. On the plus side, we only saw one cockroach, and the mold smell wasn't as strong as most hotel rooms in the area. Otherwise, I suppose the room itself was clean enough. I've certainly stayed in worse hotels.

Well as soon as you open the door the room smelled like wet feet. The room looked like it had been remodel but they skipped on the small details. Had to use the rest room and got one flush out of it, the tanked never rerilled w/water. The light lamp was all rusted out, sheets appeared washed but were stained, didnt feel right so we just left and booked a room across the street at a BW. If your down on your luck and on a tight budget, the price is ok but you do get what you pay for. Learned the hard way.

there were roaches immediately by the door when we entered our room and then when we checked the bed, there was a huge roach in the bedding. it was absolutely disgusting and terrible to stay at!

Room was very clean, however there were details that can be fixed. Mattress too soft, no support for the lower back which caused back pain, the pillows were too soft, no support for neck either, bathroom with no lock, front door very difficult to properly close. For the low price is an ok place for maybe one night but for a more extended stay maybe choose a different option
