I’m pretty sure that some hotels book less desirable rooms to people who use apps like this. I use it because it’s convenient and almost never have issues like this. The AC in the room barely worked and the bathroom smelled like backed up sewer. The floor in the room was stained also. The stay felt dreary and disappointing. I will not return. On a positive note, everyone working there was nice, and the breakfast was ok. Not the best but edible. Not everyone likes potato in their eggs so to have it as the only option didn’t make since. Snacks were severely overpriced but I guess you’re paying for convenience or something. I never leave negative reviews, really, so I’m that disappointed.

Room was clean, however toilet had clogged up after first usage, but they sent someone up right away to fix it. Breakfast was decent, however it was always coldeeven after fresh tray was placed out.

Smell was terrible. It had wet mildew smell throughout the building and in room the whole stay. Water smelled bad in sink. Maybe ptrap needs cleaning. Room didn’t get cool well either.

En general el hotel esta excelente en cuanto relación precio-calidad. Quiero mencionar que este año he ido 4 veces y me ha atendido muy bien el personal, en el lobby tanto en el desayuno. Es mi hotel ya de cajón en el que me hospedo. Ademas, la zona esta perfecta a mi gusto, tiene la ventaja tambien de la plaza de alado con tiendas muy visitadas.
