This place was great. The beds were comfortable. They already had 2 pillows per person on the beds (8 total). There was room to move around, and store things, and a sitting area and desk so we were not on top of each other all the time. Service was great. Pool was nice. Definitely would stay again.

Confortable but out of control

There is a bowl room inside the hotel that was crowded. When we arrived there was no space for our vehicle. All the people inside the bowl room was parked on the hotel’s parking lot. It took more than an hour to get a free space. The room was comfortable but the event last night screwed things up. Not recommended when the bowl room is being used.

The room looked clean until we actually LOOKED. There was what appeared to be a blood stain on our bed sheet. There was also a stain on one of the folded towels in the bathroom. The walls are also very thin so we kept hearing our neighbors. 3/10, not worth the stay or the money.

Don't book here. I had a reservation for a room with two beds and they downgraded me to a single king and a pull out. Then they said that my reservation didn't mean anything because they were overbooked. A total load of crap AND neither Best Western nor Expedia helped me out!

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, though it could use a little better maintenance. Parking can be tricky, especially when the hotel gets busy with guests visiting the lounge and bar on the property.
