Admittedly, we went at the busiest time of year, so sure, pool loungers and umbrellas were in short supply. Everything else was spot on. We stayed in a Preferred Room, which gave us a much easier check in, access to the lounge and adult pool. The room was wonderful and well appointed and so comfy. Beach was clean, empty and wildly enjoyable. Staff were SO kind and thoughtful.

The preferred setup was fantastic. The ocean front rooms and the outside tub were special. The room service was a tad slow but worth it. The spa extras were reasonably priced but the hydro massage was not worth the effort. We don't golf but there were many golfers staying there and the course was beautiful.
