My wife and I were there for a short business trip for three nights.
The place appeared clean, very basic and frugal with only one plastic stool, only one blanket which was thin, not effective to keep you warm, and two really bad pillows, in addition a small hand towel was soiled-it smelled bad... but ok, we had two other bath towels and figured the next day we would get a clean set of towels.
The second night it was mildly cool which became a problem when my wife, who is allergic to shrimp was served a seafood plate that appeared to have been even contaminated with shrimp "juice" which slowly made her sick to her stomach, we rushed back to the room, forced to make a stop for her to be able to throw up the undigested food on the side on the highway, her stomach feeling sick and her body trembling. We reached the room only to find out there were no additional blankets and the heating function of the A/C unit did not work. So I did my best to keep her warm after a hot shower by getting her almost dressed back with gym clothes while her whole body kept shaking constantly because of the room temperature. She was better after some time and effort to keep her warm.
The biggest disappointment was that there was no-one to phone or number to call, the "reception" desk had no additional blankets nor clean towels.
That I emailed the owner about the issues causing distress the heater, no blankets, and dirty towel, to which we got a partial apology by email the following day.
