This Quality Inn was in terrible external condition. Rust was seen everywhere outside. Needs a complete exterior overhaul. The two rooms we went into smelled very bad and as a result we decided to not stay at this hotel and found another one instead.

Room had a large open space where I believe a couch was supposed to be. Room was a good size. Bathroom smelled like urine. Shower light did not work. Toilet seat was broken. Mold on bathroom ceiling (I am allergic to mold) Microwave stunk like old popcorn. Didn't go down for breakfast so nothing to note there. Overall quiet property.

This place was horrible the customer service was horrible I had reservations and took my payment out already. But they said they didn’t have them and it wasn’t there problem. There pool is out and they advertised it’s working and looks so nice. The facts are it is not and shows a sign saying closed until further notice. And it’s nasty and green and building is in disarray and needs major attention. I would recommend you running from this location and the Seaman OH location as well

Room was dirty. Baseboards and walls were dirty. Sheets were not changed and you would tell. Bathroom shower was not cleaned at all. Someone’s used soap was stuck to the tub and there was hair and dirt streaking down the shower wall. I would never stay there again. It was gross.

We arrived late in the evening due to the inclement weather. There was someone at the front desk who checked us in and had us on our way up to our room in five minutes. The room was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and well-stocked.
