Please Ensure sunscreens on front deck are retracted and chair cushions are attached to the chairs and pushed in under patio table. Do not jump off top of boat. Please observe quiet hours 11pm-7am

Scotty was an excellent host! Met us at the parking lot after excellent communication via text. Helped us get settled and provided very clear expectations.The rental was even better than described.
