Matignon is a small Breton town ideally located near Saint Cast le Guildo and its beaches (7mn), Saint Jacut de la mer (15mn), Erquy (20mn), Cap Frehel and Fort La Latte (15mn), Dinard and Dinan (30mn), Saint Malo (35mn)...
A greenway is accessible from the house to get to Saint Cast.
Matignon is also famous for its market on Wednesdays.

This completely renovated house offers on the first floor a living room with open kitchen, a living room, a billiard table and a toilet. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, one with toilet. 3 bedrooms are equipped with a sink with mirror.

De accommodatie is prima, dichtbij de supermarkt. Enige nadeel was de luidruchtige bouwplaats achter de accommodatie. Dit is iets waar de eigenaar niets aan kan doen.Echte volgend jaar zullen de bouwwerkzaamheden wel klaar zijn.

Hébergement proche du centre ville à pied et des commerces. Petit bourg très agréable. Logement idéal pour famille avec enfants, jeux, déguisements sur place. Propriétaire disponible qui conseille de nombreux sites à visiter et randonnées à faire. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. Je recommande vivement.

Trostloses Haus!

Das Haus war alt und nicht sauber, im Erdgeschoß keine Dusche, Wohnzimmer sehr klein und die Sitzgelegenheiten waren durchgesessrn und sehr unbequem.Keine Ablagen in der Dusche und kein Hocker.In den Schlafzimmern keine Sitzgelegenheit .
