The villa Rochebelle, unique by its location, offers you an exceptional view of the Ébihens archipelago and the beach of Pen Guen (an expanse of fine sand of more than a kilometer, of natural beauty and separated from the Gulf of Saint-Cast by a strip of dunes and vegetation) which has a restaurant with your feet in the sand and sailing activities.

The house is like a boat that sails to the rhythm of the tides, offering you a motionless crossing on the Emerald Coast. The horizon invites itself into each window, transforming the inside into the outside, erasing the boundary between home and ocean.

A large patio allows you to enjoy your meals facing the sea as well as two stone terraces.

5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, large living and dining room.

On the first floor: Entrance, WC, glass roofed kitchen, living room, dining room, master suite (bedroom with King size double bed, dressing room and bathroom with toilet).
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 1 toilet, 3 bathrooms. 3 large bedrooms with sea view have 2 single beds that can be converted into double beds, 1 small extra bedroom with garden view has a single bed.
The first floor and first floor have been completely renovated, which is not the case for the garden level which is therefore not for rent but can be used as a games room eventually.

House rules:

Arrival after 4 p.m. but possibility to drop off luggage on the first floor.
Departure before 10 a.m.
Cleaning fees of €100 are to be paid on site.
Bed linen and towels are included in the offer.

The number of occupants is limited to 9 people and we do not rent to young people under 25 years old who are not accompanied by their parents. Failure to comply with this clause may justify the refusal to remain in the premises.
