"Location was supposed to be excellent but because of heavy traffic on that road towards prem mandir, there is alway blocking on the street so you have to around to get to temple, which makes location a disadvantage. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel is dated and expensive for the price. Room shown on website was good but what we found was not renovated, corridors are dark and dungeon, poor vibe overall simply due to age of the building. Staff is mostly good/ helpful. Everything was functional bed were comfortable but room was just too conjugated. "

"Some staff friendly, tried best to help with issues. Location is good as can walk to local places easily. Room relatively clean, however dropping item that went under bed, room needs heavy dusting as there is carpet of dust that hasn't been cleaned in a long time. "

"The staff does not represent Radisson quality and they did not get proper training in hospitality. Very rude and indifferent towards guests. They only work when threatened with consequences. The room and property were good but the stay experience was terrible. They need to improve on their staff so they don’t behave as if they are doing us a favor by letting us stay in the property."
