The staff does not represent Radisson quality and they did not get proper training in hospitality. Very rude and indifferent towards guests. They only work when threatened with consequences. The room and property were good but the stay experience was terrible. They need to improve on their staff so they don’t behave as if they are doing us a favor by letting us stay in the property.

I stayed at three different places in Vrindavan .This was the best !!! Very quiet, close to the center ( Iskcon Mandir) .Excellent front desk staff. I lost my cell phone,the staff was SO helpful.
