"This was a one-night stay for me as I was in town for business. Given that the hotel room was not going to be the highlight of my stay, it was exactly what I needed. It was extremely clean and extremely quiet. I live in a very rural area so I know quiet when I hear it and I could not believe what a good night's sleep I got because of it."

"This was the perfect location for our family's long weekend away! The home was clean and laid out well, with lots of thoughtful touches that made the stay more enjoyable. I noticed another review mentioned water quality, so we brought our own water, but there was also a water cooler in the kitchen area of the home. The master bedroom loft and pull out beds in the living room provided plenty of additional sleeping space for our family of five. We loved the screened in porch and the many windows/slider doors that helped connect the inside space to the outside. The property is beautiful; we enjoyed watching and listening to the river from various places in the backyard space. I wasn't familiar with the area, and the owners provided us with some great suggestions for local activities. Overall, we had a wonderful visit, and would certainly stay here again if the opportunity arises!"

"Not sure what everyone's complaining about. It does need updating, but it was very clean and comfortable with a nice staff. Perfect for what I needed. Area was quiet, seemed safe and the police station was right next to the parking lot. Win/win"
