If you’re looking for an exclusive cottage with private entrance and ocean views, Pupatella House is the perfect choice. Located in the historic village of Torca, near Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi and between Sorrento and Positano.
The house is fully furnished with high-quality, traditional Italian finishes, a fully functional kitchen, a small laundry room, and outdoor terraces—all for your exclusive use.
Two bathrooms, equipped with all amenities (hot water and towels). And a terrace with an exclusive ocean view where you can relax!
The Layout
The house is spread over 3 levels, all entirely at your disposal.
On the first floor is the basement living area with a built-in kitchen in typical Italian style, featuring an electric espresso machine for pods, a kettle, a gas stove, an electric oven, a refrigerator, and a refrigerator with a freezer. Also on the first floor is the master bathroom with a small bathtub, a small laundry room, and a private terrace with a secondary entrance.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with a sea view, a small bedroom (which will be available only for bookings of 3 people), and a second bathroom with a shower. From the terrace of the master bedroom, an outdoor staircase leads to the terrace on the third level of the house. From the terrace, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Punta Campanella watershed promontory, which separates the Gulf of Naples from the Gulf of Salerno. The terrace is equipped with a table if you’d like to have lunch, dinner, or work outdoors, as well as a small seating area where you can relax in the sun and enjoy the wonders that surround you!
We provide scented bed linens, towels, and table linens—and if you need more, just contact us, and we’ll provide whatever you need!
Also, my job is to organize events, so if you’d like to surprise your travel companions with flowers, balloons, or a romantic proposal, don’t hesitate to write to us—we’ll make all your wishes come true!

Guest Access
To ensure greater flexibility, we offer you the option of entering the house independently. You’ll find the keys in the safe inside the mailbox, whose door will remain open for your convenience.
The red key opens the main door of the house. The other keys are for the side exit, which is accessible from the balcony of the basement apartment.
