The layout

Casa Del Capitano is designed on a single level, with an additional independent garden suite for extra privacy:

Main level: a contemporary living space with two sofas, a fully equipped open kitchen and a dining area overlooking the gardens and sea, framed by a signature palette of blue and green majolica and white walls. It features three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in rain shower, plus a service bathroom.

Garden suite: accessed via approximately ten steps to a lower level, with a private double bedroom, an en-suite bathroom and a secluded patio overlooking the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius.



Your private outdoor sanctuary

Step outside into Mediterranean gardens designed for relaxation. Cool off in the private heated pool, framed by sun loungers, large umbrellas and an expansive lawn for sunbathing, or gather on the shaded patio for al fresco dining beside the barbecue area.



Pool heating is available between April 1st and June 15th and from September 15th to October 30th, on request and at no additional cost (max 28°C).

While a car offers greater independence in this peaceful hilltop location, our Concierge team can arrange private transfers, drivers and boat experiences to Capri, Positano and Amalfi throughout your stay.

Arrival and Check-In Information

Check-in / Check-out: personal check-in between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am.

Accessibility: due to the hilltop setting and the steps leading to the garden suite, the villa is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Parking: a spacious private parking area is available on site.

City tax: €3 per adult per day for the first 7 nights, payable in cash upon arrival.



Events & Weddings

The property is suitable for intimate celebrations and weddings, subject to prior approval.

All event planning and coordination are managed exclusively through the Feeling Italy Concierge team, in collaboration with a dedicated wedding planner. Wedding planning services are mandatory and quoted separately.

To ensure the highest standards of quality, coordination and guest experience, all event-related services must be provided exclusively through Feeling Italy and its approved partners.

Services Policy

To ensure consistent service standards, proper coordination and respect for the property, external suppliers and third-party service providers are not permitted.

This includes, but is not limited to, private chefs, catering companies, event vendors, decorators, musicians, photographers, wellness practitioners, transportation providers and other external contractors.

All guest services must be arranged exclusively through Feeling Italy and its approved partners.



Security and Surveillance Devices

Outdoor security cameras are installed and monitor the entrance gates and the external perimeter of the property. No cameras are located inside the house or in private guest areas.
