Villa Mouna is a wonderful property located in Massa Lubrense at only few minutes’ drive from the world-famous Sorrento.

This fantastic property arises on hilltop offering breathtaking sunset views over Capri Island and the bay of Naples.

With its 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a very comfortable sofa bed it is able to accommodate up to 7 people.

The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool well equipped with sun lounges, sitting and dining areas, as well as BBQ facility and tennis table, all immersed into a fantastic well-maintained garden.

The interiors are set to the highest standards offering fantastic scenic views even from the bedrooms located on the upper floor.

As you enter the Villa you will find its attractive living room bright and lively (with direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool area), which has a double sofa bed and TV. On this level, there is also a small bathroom with shower.

The fully equipped kitchen just around the corner from the living area is spacious and complete of all the modern appliances for guests in order to cook fantastic home-made meals to be consumed both indoor or outdoor.

The bedrooms are configured as follows:
Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath.
A second bedroom with the option of choosing between three single beds or a double bed with an extra bed. This room also has a private bathroom.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, WiFi and TV, ensuring every modern comfort.

Mineral water in the fridge, 1 kg of pasta with tomato sauce, oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and coffee.
For a minimum stay of 7 nights, a special ceramic kit by the artist Rosalinda Acampora representing the symbols of our land (A hand-painted plate by the artist, a lemon, a tomato and a ceramic horn).

Massa Lubrense is a small village at only 9 km from Sorrento, which offers a wide range of services, it is well connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri, Naples, that can be reached by train, bus or ferry.

Rental Rules:
Check-In time is from 15:00; Checkout is by 10:00.
A cash refundable deposit of 500 € will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at the time of departure less any charges in case of damages.
If the house rules will be ignored, some penalties will be applied according to the specific cases.

Extra costs (to be paid upon arrival):

Final Cleaning: Euro 60.
City tax: € 3,00 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards).
