Suite San Montano is located on the second floor and is set entirely on one level.
Living area: the entrance opens into a spacious and bright open-plan space, with a comfortable seating area with double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the sea and surrounding hills.
Bedroom: a modern king-size bedroom designed for a restful, quiet stay, with built-in wardrobe, safe box and direct access to the terrace.
Bathroom: large and contemporary, offering both a walk-in chromotherapy rain shower and a bathtub, along with a complete set of toiletries.
Terrace: one of the highlights of the property, panoramic and furnished with outdoor seating, a dining table and a barbecue area, perfect for relaxing moments and al fresco meals overlooking the Mediterranean.
The property includes a reserved private parking space for one car. Please note: the apartment is located on the second floor and is accessed via an external staircase; it may not be ideal for guests with mobility difficulties.

The property is located in the peaceful area of San Montano, just above the centre of Massa Lubrense, offering a relaxed and authentic setting while remaining well connected to the main destinations of the Sorrento Peninsula:
Massa Lubrense town centre: about 1 km away, approximately 15 minutes on foot, with local shops, charming restaurants and cafés.
Sorrento and its train station: around 5.5 km, about 20 minutes by car or bus, gateway to Pompeii, Naples and the Amalfi Coast.
Local bus stop: in the San Montano area, with convenient connections to nearby towns and Sorrento.
Beaches: Marina di Puolo is around 20 minutes away by bus and a short walk; alternatively, a private road near the property leads to the coastline in approximately 15 minutes on foot (the uphill walk back takes a bit longer, but the quiet surroundings and views make it well worth it).

Arrival and Check-In Information
Check-in time: between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Late check-in between 10:00 pm and midnight is available upon request and incurs an additional fee of €30, payable in cash on arrival.
Check-out time: by 10:00 am.
Usage policy: the property is designed exclusively for residential stays and a relaxed holiday experience. Events, private parties or gatherings are not permitted. Commercial activities such as photo shoots or filming require prior written approval.
External suppliers: private chefs and catering services are not permitted; all services must be arranged exclusively through Feeling Italy.
Accessibility: second floor, accessed via an external staircase; not ideal for guests with mobility difficulties.
Parking: reserved private parking space for one car.
City tax: €3 per adult per day, applied for the first 7 nights. This tax is required by the Municipality of Massa Lubrense and is payable in cash upon arrival.
