CASA DI MARCIA – MASSA LUBRENSE

This lovely sea front house is located only 1.5km from Massa Lubrense town and 6km from Sorrento. With direct sea access and a private plunge pool and large terrace with sea views, this is the perfect location to discover the beautiful Peninsula, while away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento city; a retreat after busy days exploring the area.

The house develops over three floors and 300 sq.m. and access is via street level on what is the top level.

GROUND FLOOR
The entrance to the villa is on ground level where we can find a guest bathroom with toilet and sink.

FLOOR -1
We then climb to the first floor where we find a bright living area with sofa, and large doors that open onto the terrace, while at the other end, an archway leads directly into the spacious kitchen. There are two bedrooms on this level:
- Double bedroom with Queen size bed. Please note this bedroom does not have a window.
- Master bedroom with Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, private sea view terrace and small plunge pool (2.20x3.20m, open from April 1st to October 31st)
One separate bathroom with shower accessed via the hallway.
