-Wake up to a beautiful view of the Foothills of the Smokies. Come relax in this open home situated to take advantage of the bucolic view with large picture windows in the living room, dining room and master bedroom.

-Completed in May, 2025, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath custom built home maximizes the mountain view. Relax on the front porch with your cup of coffee, or sit by the solo fire pit in the evening. This home is located centrally to the Smokies, UTK, Maryville College and The Shed.

-This Home is located at the back of a quiet neighborhood which opens up to a beautiful view of the foothills in the smoky mountains.

-Currently, you will have access to the main level of the house which consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! The downstairs is currently off limits as it is still unfinished, no one resides down there so the house will be all yours during your stay!

-We just ask you to park in the gravel driveway as our neighbor prefers to have his mailbox unimpeded, understandably.

-We truly hope you will book with us and enjoy our newly finished home. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to Ben or Brooklyn!

From the moment we walked in, we knew this house was special. It felt warm, welcoming, and instantly like home. We loved the open floor plan and the wall of windows that looked out over the mountain foothills—such a perfect backdrop for a mountain getaway. Every detail of the home fit the setting beautifully.The beds were unbelievably comfortable (so much so that we’re already planning to buy a new mattress when we get home!). We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the weekend, soak in family time, and celebrate our daughter’s graduation from UT.

Perfect home for me and my mom and sister for our ladies’ weekend! House was clean, spacious, had all that we needed. The views of the sunrise (for those who got up from the comfortable beds early enough!) were wonderful! Check-in and -out process was easy and instructions were straight-forward.
