Charming trulli featuring traditional and picturesque architecture, equipped with every comfort to comfortably accommodate 4 people, and a large garden complete with a patio, barbecue, and parking spaces. The property is located in a quiet, lush hamlet of Martina Franca, less than a 10-minute drive from the town center and conveniently situated for exploring other must-see destinations in the area, such as Ostuni, Locorotondo, and Alberobello. The nearest beach is just a 30-minute drive away!



The 98-square-meter property is located on the first floor of a trulli complex and features a large garden with a barbecue. Please note there is a small step at the entrance.



The space is laid out as follows:

- KITCHEN equipped with an induction and gas cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, kettle, and electric oven

- LIVING AREA with a dining table, a double bed in an alcove, and a TV

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, and clothes rack

- BATHROOM equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower

- PATIO equipped with a beach umbrella, two lounge chairs, a table, and chairs



Four uncovered parking spaces are available inside the gate.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating/air conditioning units in all rooms, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Martina Franca.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Don’t miss a visit to the Palazzo Ducale, dating back to the Angevin period, and the Villa Comunale, with its shaded paths adorned with neoclassical fountains.
