A cozy apartment ideal for two people and equipped with all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city center, with all essential amenities within easy reach and just a short walk from points of interest: the Basilica of San Martino and the Palazzo Ducale are only 400 meters away. The Martina Franca train station is just a 10-minute walk away.



The 30-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building without an elevator (12 high steps to enter) and has a private entrance.



The interior space is arranged on two levels and is divided as follows:



Lower level

- KITCHENETTE equipped with an induction cooktop, mini-fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, and microwave

- LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa, TV, and split AC

- BATHROOM equipped with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- BALCONY



Upper level (requires climbing a flight of stairs):

- BEDROOM with a double bed, built-in closet, dresser, TV, and split AC.



Additional amenities available to guests: POCKET WIFI (up to 150 GB), split-type air conditioning, video intercom, mosquito net in the bedroom, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (optional changes available for a fee).



PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL); please be careful if traveling by car. You must park in a paid parking spot on Via Mercadante near Via Nuova (100 meters from the accommodation) and then continue on foot along Via Nuova.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Martina Franca is a charming Baroque-style town, located in the heart of the Itria Valley and nestled among traditional olive groves and Mediterranean scrub. The historic center is marvelous, filled with monumental buildings and churches, including the famous 18th-century Basilica of San Martino, rich in works of art, and the Church of Sant’Antonio, which houses a fresco of the Madonna Odegitria—from whom the Valle d’Itria takes its name. A visit to the Palazzo Ducale, dating back to the Angevin period, and to the Villa Comunale with its shaded paths adorned by neoclassical fountains is a must. Also not to be missed are visits to nearby Alberobello, famous worldwide for its trulli, and to the beautiful town of Locorotondo.
