A beautiful apartment that sleeps up to 5 people, located in a shared villa featuring a large garden with a shared pool, relaxation areas, and a barbecue. The apartment, surrounded by greenery, is located in the peaceful countryside of Martina Franca, about a 10-minute drive from downtown and half an hour from the beach. Ideal for a relaxing getaway. The 70-square-meter unit is located on the first floor of a villa accessible via a ramp with 12 + 4 steps and is laid out as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, and conventional oven
- Living area with dining table, sofa, and TV
- Bedroom I with a double bed, dresser, and closet
- Bedroom I with a double bed, a single bed, a dresser, and a clothes rack in an alcove
- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, bathtub, and shower stall
- Private covered patio, furnished with a table, chairs, and small sofas.
Additional amenities available to guests: outdoor parking space by the gate, UNLIMITED Wi-Fi, split-system heating, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).
The garden, shared with the entire villa and other guests, is equipped with:
- Outdoor pool open from June 15 to September 30, equipped with an enclosed shower
- Dining area covered by a pergola, equipped with a kitchen featuring a gas stove and a stone table and benches
- Pizza oven and barbecue (NOT equipped with wood or other supplies needed to use them)
- Relaxation area with small sofas.
Note: Please be aware that there are several steps in the garden separating the different areas.
The fireplace is NOT in working order.
Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Martina Franca.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
