Come a casa tua is a 5-bed apartment for vacation rental in Martina Franca, in villa with swimming pool in the heart of Puglia.
The apartment with independent access is equipped with wi-fi internet, washing machine, iron and ironing board, TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle etc.
In the garden, in addition to the parking area, there is a barbecue and outdoor shower. Pets allowed.

The vacation apartment "Come a casa tua" is simple and cozy, well furnished and with all the essentials for a relaxing vacation in the heart of Puglia.
The entrance is into a small kitchen with adjacent dining area. There is then a living room with sofa and TV. A small corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom, an antechamber with double bed and facing outside. The house is completed by 1 bathroom with shower.
The garden of the villa is equipped with relaxation areas, shared pool, sunbathing area, gazebo, outdoor shower and second gazebo with barbecue to prepare grills.

Come a casa tua is a vacation home inside a villa with swimming pool in the countryside of Martina Franca, one of the most picturesque, panoramic and scenic areas of Puglia, the Valle d`Itria.
The villa is located a few minutes from the center of Martina Franca, where there are all the main services.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Pool and main gate shared with the owner.
