A comfortable studio apartment, perfect for two people and equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The apartment is located right in the city center, on the edge of the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), in a historic building that retains charming architectural features, such as stone walls and vaulted ceilings. All essential amenities are within easy reach, and all points of interest are a short distance away, easily accessible on foot. The Martina Franca train station is just a 10-minute walk away.



The 30-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a historic house and has a separate entrance; please note there are three steps leading down to the alley where the entrance is located.



The interior is laid out as follows:

- KITCHENETTE equipped with an induction cooktop, mini-fridge, and moka pot

- LIVING AREA with a dining table, smart TV, and split A/C

- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed and a small wall-mounted coat rack

- BATHROOM equipped with a shower stall and toilet with a bidet



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split-system heating, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Martina Franca is a charming Baroque-style town located in the heart of the Itria Valley and nestled among typical olive groves and Mediterranean scrub. The historic center is marvelous, filled with monumental buildings and churches, including the famous 18th-century Basilica of San Martino, rich in works of art, and the Church of Sant’Antonio, which houses a fresco of the Madonna Odegitria—from whom the Valle d’Itria takes its name. A visit to the Palazzo Ducale, dating back to the Angevin period, and to the Villa Comunale, with its shaded paths adorned by neoclassical fountains, is a must. Also not to be missed are visits to nearby Alberobello, famous worldwide for its trulli, and to the beautiful town of Locorotondo.
