The hotel was very disappointing and misleading. There was nothing special about it, the staff were unhelpful, and the breakfast was overpriced. The location by the old port was extremely noisy—sirens, loud music, and constant activity made it impossible to sleep at any hour of the day or night. To make matters worse, when we adjusted our travel plans and checked out a day early, the hotel refused to make any exception to their policy and charged us for the third night we didn’t stay. We ended up paying just to leave, which says it all. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

A great find!

An excellent hotel in a fantastic location. A great find! Views from the family room over the old port were amazing. Our trip was only for one night but the customer service at reception from start to finish was very good. Would recommend!

This gem of a hotel has excellent views of viuex port (old harbor). All rooms have a water view. The staff was amazing. This venue is close to everything needed to enjoy marseille.

Fantastic stay

American Family Review

As a family traveling with two young kids (1 and 3), this was the perfect hotel for us. The staff was so friendly and helped us with everything. The hotel was conveniently located with many food options nearby and plenty of things to do all walking distance or a quick taxi ride away. We opted for their family suite which was comfortable, had plenty of space and was air conditioned. We wish we had a room on a higher floor to have a balcony but we understood that room assignment is based off availability.
