We loved our stay at Escale Oceana Hotel! Great and friendly staff, always willing to assist. Our room was spacious, comfortable and has every thing we needed for our stay. It’s close to restaurants, shopping, and safe to walk around even late at night. We’ll definitely return!

The linenes and towels were clean but the floor had dust and hair in the corners and all under the desk. The bathroom was clean but again, there was hair and dirt on the floor.

Short break by train.

Location was perfect for being beside the port, adjacent to a metro station but also the room was quiet due to good double glazed windows leading onto a small balcony. Room very clean, staff helpful and a good breakfast. Only 14 minute walk from the train station or 3 minutes by metro.

The location is at the heart of the port. The only negative was bathtub shower combo. The tub was very slippery and could be unsafe. It was a little noisy (from the street) but it is understandable because the location is where all the action is.

Overall ths staff are helpful. Great location with the metro just outside. It's on the waterfront of Vieux Port which is the town center. Unfortunately, the bathroom sink has a smell which deducted points for me.

No getting away from it, the property is on the main street (La Canabière) so it's louder than ideal from the nightlife well into the night - but you might be out their yourself and I was so tired after exploring each day that I fell asleep anyway - it's a fantastically situated hotel with a harbour view and the staff were excellent, always helpful and their English was far superior to my French!

The room and amenities itself was nice, and central at the old harbor, however there is no access with a car and no help from the hotel how to reach it by car so you can at least drop off your bags. Staff was unhelpful (actually hung up the phone on us) and we couldn’t gain access to the hotel at midnight though the front desk is 24h.
