This accommodations are close to all amenities, 5 minutes walk from the shops, the bus is at the end of the cul-de-sac and will take you directly to Castellane, to the center of Marseille, to La Timone Hospital,
Ideally located between the center of Marseille, the large shopping center of La Valentine, and the road to the beaches, Cassis, La Ciotat, creeks....

The accommodation

50m2 apartment in a warm atmosphere very well designed so that you can enjoy your stay in Marseille.
Living room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area, TV and wifi, single bed and sofa
corridor with dressing room to store your belongings,
shower room and separate toilet.
On the mezzanine, the bedroom has a comfortable King size bed and a 1-seater bed.
-Bed linen and towels are provided.
-If you book for 2 people, only one double bed will be prepared.
If you wish to have a second bed, an additional 8 euros will be requested upon arrival.

Pets allowed for a fee of 10 euros to be paid at the time of booking

/!\/!\/!\ The cleaning must be done by you before your departure. However, we suggest that you do so, according to our availability, which will incur an additional cost of 35€ payable on site. This request must be made at the time of booking.
In any case, we kindly ask you to empty the fridge, as well as the dishwasher, clean the oven, microwave and plancha and take out the trash.

Parking is at the entrance to the cul-de-sac or on the avenue.
It is free and open parking.
