Between Marseillan Ville and Marseillan Plage, 3 kms from the beach and 2 kms from the port center, comfortable villa of 150 m2 with garden of more than 1000 m2 fully enclosed, private swimming pool 10 m x 4.5. The house is composed on the first floor of 2 independent living rooms with TV and air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, living room with table for 8 people, fully equipped open kitchen, a small air-conditioned master suite (bed of 160) with shower, separate toilet, and a laundry room with washing machine, a second fridge. Upstairs, a large air-conditioned master suite (bed of 140) bathroom with toilet, 2 bedrooms opening onto a terrace (1 with bed of 140 and another with bed of 160), a bathroom with shower, and toilet. At disposal baby bed, high chair.
On the garden side, around the fully tiled swimming pool, sunbeds, covered terrace with teak garden furniture, barbecue. For breakfasts in the sun or in the cool evening, a 2nd covered terrace with rattan garden furniture. For cars a covered carport and a large secure indoor parking for at least 2 cars.
Pets are accepted under the responsibility of the owners and must not be left alone at home. Additional 10 e per pet per week, prior agreement must be requested.
We do not accept youth groups or night parties for the sake of the neighbours.
The tourist tax in force will also be requested in addition to the rental. Final cleaning in addition 120 e (option). Deposit 1500 € returned after inventory at the end of the stay.
