The property features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, arranged across a practical and modern interior. The living and sleeping area is furnished with 1 double sofabed and a dining table, creating a versatile space suited for both relaxation and meals. A separate room with a sliding door contains 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, offering a more private sleeping arrangement. An alcove with a curtain provides an additional sleeping area with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm, ideal for younger guests. It is important to note that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, such as the alcove described above. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. The property also benefits from a small roofed terrace, complete with terrace furniture, offering a pleasant outdoor space for guests to enjoy.
