Mr. Veysel, property manager did excellent job during our stay. what a great welcoming, definitely it will be my favorite hotel to say when i visit to mardin. It was extremely clean, quiet and safe place to stay.

It was perfect and clean and good service. I like it . Just if you have back pain or joints pain its not suitable for you because you need to use too much stairs, stairs to reach the hotel, and stairs to the reception, and stairs for the room ,, i think its mardin like this because its old city,

Taş binanın yapısından kaynaklı sanırım, tozluydu biraz. genel olarak Mardin'in bi nem sorunu var sanırım, fakat odamda öyle bir sıkıntı yaşamadım. kahvaltı gayet iyiydi. araçla gelmedim ama otopark konusunda sokakların darlığı yüzünden başınız ağrıyabilir.
