Nice rooms — but the Junior Room is really quite small. Good to know before booking: you can upgrade to a larger room for a small additional fee. The architecture is full of stone arches and niches, almost like staying in a cave, yet everything is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff are helpful and welcoming. The only downside is the parking area, which is about an 8–10 minute walk from Kaia, so you’ll need to carry your luggage up and down. Overall, we had a lovely experience at Kaia and in Mardin.

Our stay at Kaia House allowed us to truly feel the spirit of Mardin. This small guesthouse with only three rooms beautifully combines the charm of traditional stone architecture with elegant, modern touches. Its location made it easy to explore the historic streets on foot. Every morning, the breakfast prepared by Aynur was a perfect start to the day. Her warmth and helpfulness added a special touch to our experience. Here, you will find both peace and genuine hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Mardin.

Otele bir tasarimci eli degdigi belli, gorsel olarak oldukca tatmin edici ozellikle odalar. Esimle standar iki kisilik odada konakladik. Tas yapi oldugundan ve mevsimden kaynakli ilk girdigimizde oda soguktu klima ile durum gayet rahat cozuluyor. Tertemizdi her yer. Bornozlar havlular nevresim dahil olmak uzere. Kahvalti yeterliydi, Sibel Hanim cok tatli bir insan sagolsun iki sabah da hazir etti her seyi. Konum olarak tepede buyuk valizle ara sokaklarda yurumek bir miktar zor ancak merkeze sadece uc dk yurume mesafesinde oldugundan biz cok da yorulmak zorlamadi. Yine gelsek yine kalacagimiz bir otel oldu. Iki kucuk onerim var; birincisi odaya nis icine konabilecek bir boy aynasi. Ikincisi de tuvalet icindekinden ayrica oda icine konulabilecek kucuk bir cop kutusu. Onun disinda her sey superdi.

Oda temiz ve yeni eşyalarla dekore edilmişti. Taş duvarlar ve yüksek tavan ile Mardin mimarisini yansıtıyor. Odada kapsül kahve makinesi, içme suyu, bornoz, havlu terlik, diş fırçası, saç kurutma makinesi bulunuyor. Ayaklı küçük bir klima var. Odanın ısınması vakit alıyor, tek eksi bu diyebilirim. Şubat ayında gittiğimiz için 3-4 saat sonra oda normal sıcaklığa geldi. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve çok kibar. Otelin konumu da çok merkezi, ana caddenin iki sokak üstünde. Tekrar Mardin’e gelsem Kaia’yı tercih ederim.

Alışılmış otel konseptlerinin dışında farklı bir mekan burası. Kendinizi hem geçmiş hem de bugünün dünyasında bulmak isterseniz Kaia otel Mardin’de aradığınız lokasyon. Temiz , güvenilir , hızlı internet , konforlu yatak , kolay ulaşım, özenle hazırlanılmış kahvaltı ve dahası. Konakladığımız sürede çok memnun kaldık , Mardin’e tekrar yolumuz düştüğünde Kaia seçeceğimiz ilk yer olacak bundan sonra☺️

İlk girdiğiniz andan itibaren sıcaklığı ile kendinizi evinizde, hizmeti ile ise gerçekten çok özel hissettiren bir otel. Özellikle Kamuran bey çok ilgili. Otel hem çok rahat hem de tarihi özelliğinden hiç bir şey kaybetmemiş. Kahvaltısı ise gezintiye mutlu başlamanızı sağlıyor. Mutlaka yine uğrayacağız. Çok teşekkürler.
