We’re had a beautiful time there. The people are so in kind. We’re book again the hotel and can recommend that a lot. It’s clean, middle in the old city center Mardin. In front of the hotel is a bus station. They all the time available at the reception. 100 Prozent clean and good! And the price is good also

The hotel itself is unique and I stayed in one of the nicest hotel after a long time. The room was like a cave in ancient times which was modernised according to standards. The receptionist 'Berken' did receive me, and he was kind, and helpful. Because of language barrier it was difficult for me to rotate from one place to another but thanks to him that he did help me out of the box. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who loves rooftop views and drink Chai and wants to stay in peaceful hotel.

New hotel but some issues

A nice new build hotel butik style. However we had breakfast booked but it wasn’t served as it wasn’t available due to it being a new hotel. Not set up as yet. Also the 2 family rooms booked (2 adult and 2 child) they only had 1 of that type of room So we had to compromise and take an additional room as they also did not have any pullout sofa or beds. We did get to a resolution but I was asked for more money but I refused and they accommodated in the end. Hotels.com was to blamed by management.

Muy buena relación calidad/precio, la ubicación muy buena, cerca de todo, pero en una zona más tranquila. Las vistas son maravillosas, el desayuno adecuado al precio, el personal muy amable y servicial y las habitaciones sencillas, pero agradables y acogedoras. La nuestra tenía balcón con vistas a Mesopotamia. Muy recomendable.

Oda temizdi ama aynı tip 2 oda almamıza rağmen birisi daracık biri genişti ve asla aynı tip aldığımıza ikna edemedik. Odalarda su yoktu. Merdivenler o kadar dar ki ansiyeteniz varsa yangın çıkarsa kesin öldük diye tüm gece uyuyamazsınız bir de büyük boy valizi yukarı çıkaramazsınız. Yeri merkezi konumda ama ISG kapsamında o merdivenle nasıl otel onay almış akıllanmaz bir milletiz.

2 kişilik odada kaldık. Oda temizdi. Banyoda sıcak su hep vardı. Akşamları hava soğuyordu, klimayı kullandık. Gayet yeterliydi. Terasta vakit geçirmek güzeldi, hoş bir manzarası var. Konumdan oldukça memnun kaldık. Hem sakin hem de eski Mardin'de gezmek için ideal. Aynı zamanda otogara da minibüs ile yakındı. Zaten minibüs durağı da çok yakın. Temiz değil, çalışanlar misafirperver değillerdi ve çıkış saatimiz 12:00 da olmasına rağmen 11:30 da kapımızım çalınıp çıkış saatimiz 11:00 olduğu söylendi fakat sitede yazan kiralama sözleşmemizde 12:00 yazmaktadır. Kendisini durum söylendiğinde biz güncellemiştik fakat bu şekilde kalmış dediler. Açıkçası bu bizi ilgilendiren bir durum değil. Benim sözleşmemde yazan çıkış saati 12:00 dır. 11:30 da gelip kapı çalınıp 10-15 dakika sonra odayı boşaltmamızı isteyen zihniyetin otelcilik ile hiç bir bağlantısı yoktur.

Yani konumu güzel mi güzel, çalışanlar iyi mi iyi ama tek kişilik odalar çok küçük ve bu odalarda konaklamak diğer yerlere göre ucuz olsa da gerçekten bu oda için ucuz mu ve buna değer mi şüpheli. Kaldığım zaman dışarısı çok soğuktu ve içerisi de farklı değildi. Terası güzel.
