Country House 'La Alquería' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Rural house La Alquería de los Pájaros in the Seville countryside



Comfortable rural house with a porch facing the pool. It has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. Private pool and Wi-Fi. Located in the heart of Andalusia, it’s ideal for exploring the whole region.



The house is 125 m² and sits on a 2,800 m² plot. The 30 m² living-dining room features sofas, air conditioning, a 42" Smart TV with international channels, and Wi-Fi. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher.



All 3 bedrooms are spacious, each with air conditioning and wardrobes:

- Bedroom 1: 12 m², double bed (1.90 x 1.50 m).

- Bedroom 2: 11 m², two single beds (1.90 x 0.90 m).

- Bedroom 3: 11 m², two single beds (1.90 x 0.90 m), with en-suite bathroom with shower.

A crib and high chair for babies are provided at no extra cost.



There is a bathroom with shower and a room with shower and washing machine in the twin room.



Outside, the 28 m² porch faces the pool and has garden seating. The pool is 8 x 4 meters, 1.20 to 1.50 m deep, with Roman steps. Next to the pool, there’s a pergola with barbecue, built-in seating, a large artificial grass area with sun loungers, and ample parking space.

Early check-in and late check-out are available for an extra fee. Arrivals after 9:00 p.m. and departures before 7:00 a.m. must be arranged in advance and may incur an extra fee.
