This is the perfect setting to enjoy some relaxing moments surrounded by nothing but fields as far as the eye can see. To top it all, you will enjoy complete privacy in this villa, thanks to the fence that encloses it and its location.
Indoor, the 30 sq-mt living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and a dining area, as well as a fireplace to warm the ambience up if you choose to spend your winter holidays in this villa. A fully-equipped galley corner shares space with the living area, thus providing all the facilities to make your stay the most enjoyable possible. The three bedrooms of the villa can comfortably accommodate all the family members, and they rely on warm/cool air-con (just like the living area). The 15-sq-mt master bedroom is equipped with one double bed; the second bedroom has two single beds, and the third one is provided with one trundle bed, which is ideal for children. The indoor facilities also include one spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.
Outside the villa, you will enjoy the width and quietness of the patio and garden. There’s a cosy chill-out area in the porch where you can enjoy a relaxing siesta. The front yard patio welcomes a lovely pergola near a brick BBQ, facing a well-maintained lawn where a gorgeous, Roman end private pool is located.
