A newly renovated, modern apartment in a perfect location for those who want to explore the city center on foot, enjoy the best beaches, and sample authentic Andalusian cuisine. Just a few meters from our apartment, you’ll find restaurants, tapas bars, and pubs. It’s a spacious studio apartment with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and all the necessary utensils for a wonderful experience. High-speed Wi-Fi, SMART TV service, and air conditioning—via Wi-Fi—are also available to guests. This site was once part of the city’s vast Alameda Park, which covered nearly a quarter of the city’s total area. It was a place for strolling and socializing, where the city’s elite would gather to display their economic and social power with their elaborately decorated carriages, especially during major festivals. Later, in the 1980s, construction began on the underground parking garage, and in the 1990s, it took on its current design and function. Today, it continues to draw visitors and locals alike. Its central area houses a permanent exhibition of bronze statues created by the brilliant artist Salvador Dalí.
