Thoughtfully arranged across 47 m², the apartment features a bright living-dining area with air conditioning (hot and cold) and private Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a large fridge-freezer, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom has been recently renovated with a modern walk-in shower.



The bedroom offers two comfortable single beds and a spacious wardrobe. Its west-facing orientation provides beautiful natural light and views over a picturesque Old Town street.



The location is unbeatable: surrounded by restaurants, shops, and all essential services, and just steps from landmarks such as Plaza de los Naranjos, the seafront promenade, and the marina. No car needed.



Perfect for romantic getaways or peaceful stays, ideal for guests seeking charm, comfort, and a prime Marbella location.
