Fantastic 3 bedroom apartment located in the ideally located La Ola residency. Situated between the world famous Puerto Banús and the charming Spanish town of San Pedro. Less than 10 minutes walk from the beach, and within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants and bars, this beautiful property is the perfect place to enjoy a holiday in the Sun. Freshly renovated and refurbished, the apartment is new to the rental market and is ready to impress guests with it’s stylish and comfortable interiors.



Through the front door, guests will find the well equipped kitchen on the left and the living room in front. The kitchen has everything needed for those guests wishing to cook and entertain during their stay, providing all of the utensils and appliances of a quality holiday rental property. The kitchen looks through to the dining area and living room, which are bright and inviting. Comfortable seating faces a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Access to the spacious terrace is provided through large glass windows, the terrace offers an exterior sofa and table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or afternoon drink. The terrace has views of the communal gardens and swimming pools (adult and children).



All bedrooms are beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated and offer brand new mattresses. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds (90cm x 200cm) and the second has a King size bed (180cm x 200cm), these rooms share access to a family bathroom with bath/shower. The master bedroom has a King size bed (180cm x 200cm) and has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.



All rooms have access to centralised A/C (hot and cold) that can be controlled in every room. The apartment has strong fibre optic WIFI, which reaches all rooms, and rental of the property includes a private parking space in the underground garage below the apartment.
