Marbella town is 10 minutes away by car and Puerto Banus is no more than a 20 minute drive, making this area absolutely perfect for experiencing the best Marbella has to offer.

Arriving at the property guests will enjoy private gated access, both on foot and by car, with private covered parking for one large or two small vehicles. The front entrance opens to an impressive open living room, with high vaulted ceilings and beautiful artwork and furnishings. Guests will enjoy plenty of seating for dining and relaxing, and views over the properties best feature: a stunning terrace with integrated swimming pool, convertible barbeque/kitchenette, dining and sunbathing areas – all with views over the Mediterranean. It is perfect for groups of friends and families looking to enjoy the year-round sun in absolute luxury.

The living and dining room is openly connected with the kitchen which, like the rest of the property, is brand new and superbly appointed. There are two large fridge freezers, two dishwashers, two ovens and even a Nespresso coffee machine! On the same floor are two double bedrooms both with super-king-sized beds, one with an en suite and the other, a family bathroom.

All four floors of the property are connected by a single stairwell. Going downstairs leads to the entertainment facilites, including:

- A private gym with treadmill, exercise bike and a selection of weights
- A pool/billiards room
- A TV/play room with two large sofas
- A steam room/sauna

Moving upstairs guests will find a master bedroom with en-suite, as well as a double and a twin bedroom with a shared bathroom. The master bedroom features a spacious private terrace for enjoying a peaceful evening drink and stunning sea and beach views. On the topmost level is a sun-terrace with panoramic views and comfortable seating for a family.

The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience.

Any additional vehicles can be parked on the road, directly outside the accommodation. In the property, you can enjoy a choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets. We also provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads.

Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.
