The place is getting renovated so things are not in a good shape as of now, may be they will improve once all renovations are complete. There is ample parking available. Breakfast was good.

Book a pet friendly room, and when i arrived to check in , the guy turned us a way because of the dog! If an establishment claims to be pet friendly they should be pet friendly, not a very good experience as noe we are stranded in mararon ont with no where to go!!!

Motel 0-100 …the speed you should drive away!

Totally Disappointed! Went into the room after reading about renovations on this place and didn’t see anything new. The sheets were dingy off white, wrinkled, the mattress cover didn’t cover the whole mattress, the pillows were cut in half, doubled up with dingy pillowcases. The bathroom tub:shower and shower curtain was Disgusting, in fact I asked for a room with a better tub as I wouldn’t even stand in it! I brought a beach towel in covered up the pillows and slept in my clothes. Never again!!! We are travelling across Canada and definitely wanted a shower, needless to say it didn’t happen there. The hot breakfast was a continental breakfast anywhere else, some egg bites and potato wedges in a warming pan. Yuck, left and went to Tim’s. At the end of the day I learned why it’s called Motel Zero- 100… it’s the speed you see people departing this dive. Never Ever!!!

Do not expect much. It’s cheap and you get what you pay for. It’s very old and run down. The folks running the place are friendly and seem genuinely interested in making sure your stay is decent. Just don’t go in expecting 2025 standards for hotels. It’s NOT that. It’s a safe, warm and dry place to stay when you’re on a journey. No fancy anything. Accept it and be grateful for some rest and then carry on with your life.

Our room was clean and had everything that was necessary. The beds were comfortable and the linens clean and fresh. The walls, floors and bathroom fixtures are all worn and battered. I understand efforts are being made to renovate/refresh. They should continue. The price was very reasonable, reflective of the current condition of the building. The location was ideal for an overnight on the way from SW Ontario to Winnipeg
